So, just in case you’re wondering, I AM still alive. I think.
2011 has had one heck of a final quarter! After moving the studio in August, surprise-shooting all of Woodlake High School’s senior class, keeping up with Exeter High School’s sports, taking on another fabulous school’s needs, shooting a beautiful October wedding, AND fulfilling all of the normal holiday demands…I’ve been a little stretched. My family, my friends, and my family-of-friends have managed to keep me grounded & sane. If it wasn’t for them, I’d be even more loopy! Thank you for that!

January 1st, 2012 means a lot to me. It happens to be Staci Welch Photography’s 5th Anniversary! Wow! Time has really flown by. I know I’ve had a lot of fun, but this is ridiculous! I’ve got so many ideas for the future! I can’t wait to see them all come to life, in their time. I look forward to growing personally & professionally, reaching goals I’ve set for myself along the way. Learning from the past, while embracing the present.

Over the next few weeks, you might notice a few changes. Mostly aesthetic, some of the services, all of the images. It’s been WAY too long since I’ve updated…uhh ANYTHING! My goal is to dazzle, fulfill, and most importantly INFORM you. HANG ON!

As you my already know, moving the studio to Exeter, and then moving the family there as well has made the last year a little crazy – in a good way. While business has BOOMED, life has become less complicated. Yay! It’s not slowing down yet! More change has come! We’ve been personally asked to relocate our studio to the well-known location of Larry Lee Photography in Downtown Exeter. Larry and Dora Lee have decided to retire after 42 years in the industry. I am honored and excited to carry on the photography tradition that the building has held for 30+ years. Our services will change slightly to incorporate indoor studio sessions, shot in a fresh & modern way. We look forward to taking care of all your photography needs, from infants & kiddos to families & couples. The transformation should be complete by August 1st. Schedule your High School Senior and Holiday Family Sessions now for prime appointment slots. We’ll continue to be available via phone and email during the transition. Simple leave a message, and we’ll get right back to ya!

We have officially started accepting Senior Rep Models for the class of 2012, from all high schools in Tulare County. We will be accepting up to 2 models from each school and are looking for both guys & gals. So, don’t be shy guys! We know you like having pictures of yourself too! Because we are only accepting 2 models from each school, spaces are limited and not everyone who responds will be accepted as a rep. So, don’t wait!

Now for the frequently asked questions about the program:

What is a Senior Rep Model?
They are ‘spokesmodels’ that help promote Staci Welch Photography with their own amazing portraits. You’re going to tell your friends about how incredible you experience was anyway, so why not earn some credits towards photos while you’re at it? An ideal Senior Rep Model has lots of friends and is a very outgoing & energetic person. We need reps who are going to create a buzz about us and who are going to have lots of friends to tell about it! Please only submit emails if you are serious about this.

What do Rep Models Do?
We are not asking you to be a sales person…our photos are going to sell themselves! We are asking you to simply tell all of your friends about us and show off your pictures, create a buzz about our photography. It’s simple really. The more friends you get to come get their senior portraits with us, the more free stuff you’ll get. We also have great incentives for the people you refer, so it’s a win-win! We’ll begin shooting the Senior Rep Sessions in August. You’ll still have your Summer Glow, and plenty of time to get the word out.

What do I receive for being a Rep Model?
•	Complimentary photo shoot ($200 value). The session will last up to 2 hours, so you truly get to feel like a super model!
•	10 web resolution images to use on your FaceBook page.
•	50 Senior Rep Model cards with your images on them. (This is what you’ll hand out to all of your friends!)
•	$30.00 print credit for every senior you refer who shoots their session with Staci Welch Photography. There is no limit on how much you can earn, most senior reps will get an entire senior package for free from referring people!

ARE YOU INTERESTED?
Ok, so here is what you have to do…
Send me an email to staci@staciwelch.com with answers to the following questions:
•	First & Last Name
•	Your Email
•	Your High School
•	Your Graduation Year
•	Your Home Phone
•	Your Cell Phone
•	Parent/Guardian Name, First and Last
•	Parent/Guardian Email
•	Do you have your parent’s permission to participate?
•	Your Facebook Profile Address
•	What school, church or other activities are you involved in?
•	Please include all clubs, sports, volunteering, etc. What are your hobbies and interests?
•	What are your 3 favorite clothing stores to shop at?
•	What would you describe your dress style to be?
•	Are you willing to promote Staci Welch Photography to your friends by putting pictures on Facebook and handing out your senior rep model cards to all of your friends and acquaintances.?

(If your parents have any questions or concerns, please have them call me at 559-592-2211 and I’d be happy to answer any and all questions they may have. They can also visit my webiste at www.staciwelch.com to see my work)

Deadline to inquire is July 1, 2011

In my blog posts (and life) I often speak of my ‘chosen family’. And, what I mean by family is the WHOLE family…The Westbrook’s as a whole. From the first moment of meeting, six-ish years ago, I have been treated and loved as if I were born into it. Lauren and Ryan may look familiar from previous posts. I have been lucky enough to shoot their Engagement Session and Wedding Day. At the time, I didn’t think anything could top it, but I was drastically wrong. Early this year The Sampson’s gave birth to their first beautiful baby, and I am eternally grateful for witnessing & photographing it. That day changed me. Lauren is the little sister I spent countless hours dreaming about as a child. Here’s a peak into her new family…

Hey everyone, and Happy Holidays to you! We want to thank those of you who played a role in making our 2009 as fantastic as it was. I couldn’t possibly be more grateful to all of you who began the process as a Client and ended as a Friend. Also, not to go unmentioned, are those who have been in our lives even longer, thank you, too. I firmly believe that with each encounter and experience something is learned – maybe good, maybe bad. It was a pleasure working with all of you, and we hope to see you in the new year!
